Doesn't sting but needs a good amount of rubbing on waterproof makeup
Best Makeup Remover
This has been the best makeup remover for sensitive skin other than straight up coconut oil, which isn't a good everyday option. It's gentle and non-irritating. I've even left it on to go do other things before washing my face and preparing to go to sleep. I've also found it's better than other micellar water products that I've used hands down. This is my go-to remover. Just FYI I suffer from rosacea, folliculitis, and eczema, and this actually soothes my skin.
