First time I didn’t have an allergic reaction to a hand gel! I use it as needed but it is so handy to have a way to cleanse hands (or the handle of grocery cart) without getting a rash. Why 4 stars? If I use it often, it drys my hands but no rashes.
No Preservatives or Fragrance
Because of my allergic contact dermatitis this is the only gel hand cleanser I can use and I appreciate it tremendously!

We enjoy the no fragrance hand wash. Only a small dab goes a long way. We would like to know, though, if it is considered "hand sanitizer" as well as hand wash.
No worry hand sanitizer
We are in the midst of flu season and washing hands is so important. Since that isn’t always possible, having a safe hand sanitizer handy is a necessity. Grandma Minnies’ hand gel is great and was recommended by my allergist.
