Been using for 3 years.
I find this cleanser really cleans my skin, makeup and all, and is still sensitive enough for my rosacea prone skin. It is often out of stock though and that can be frustrating ( same for moisturizer). But I love the product anyway!
My Skin Has Never Looked Better!
I have tried so many different products and practices to keep my skin from breaking out in a rash and to keep the itchiness at bay. Until VMV Hypoallergenics my search for the perfect products had been useless. Since purchasing and using the Red Better Moisturizer and the Moisture Rich Cleansing Milk, my skin has stayed smooth, clear, and refreshed. By far the best products I've ever purchased!
It is calming
I find this lotion to be a good alternative to using my steroid creme. It does seem to soothe my skin when it gets irritated from exposure to one of my allergens. I do recommend it.

Works but Slowly
I have very sensitive dry skin. It's easily aggravated and has always been so. Living in Chicago, a cold dry place, my skin spends more time pinkish and irritated. Finding this product has been very helpful for calming things down. This product moisturizes and calms just slowly. Within a week or two, I noticed the usual signs that my skin was improving - more of a purple-ish red/pink as opposed to an angry red/pink, decreased burning. I've been happy with the results. With colder weather moving in, I've invested in the RB balm with the intention of applying it post bike ride or run, in hopes the RB line will keep my skin happy through the worst weather. Aside from having to wait a bit for the lotion to start calming things down, I wish the lotion was a bit more moisturizing. I still pair it with the creamy intensive moisture milk to keep my skin from drying out. I would expect others who don't have such dry skin or live in such a dry place to have the same issue as me, though.
